Jacob & Co. is committed to your absolute satisfaction, offering a 14-day return window for unworn, pristine pieces in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke creations and altered items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box, including all certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, and protective materials provided at the time of purchase.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided pre-paid, fully insured shipping label to your package and schedule a secure pickup or drop-off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt, our master jewelers will inspect the item for quality assurance; once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
